Regression: [DevTools] Weird behavior of suggestion list is observed for 'Add new classes' text box under 'Styles' section.

Chrome Version: 56.0.2924.3 (Official Build)66f73b3ae5a592d70e00602e87a783535ffe967e-refs/branch-heads/2924@{#54} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1), Linux (14.04 LTS).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, open 'DevTools' window and go to 'Styles' section.
2. Click on ".cls" (Element classes) to open 'Add new classes' text box.
3. Now, press 'Space' key (long press also) from keyboard and observe. (Refer Video)

Actual:
1. Unnecessary suggestion list get opened on pressing 'Space' key.
2. On long pressing 'Space' key, Unnecessary suggestion list moves along with text cursor.

Expected:
1. Suggestion list should not open on pressing 'Space' key.
2. On long pressing 'Space' key, Suggestion list should not move along with text cursor.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-55 series, below is manual regression range.

Good build: 55.0.2876.0
Bad build: 55.0.2878.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 55.0.2876.0 (Revision: 421986).
Bad build: 55.0.2878.0 (Revision: 422326).

You are probably looking for a change made after 422183 (known good), but no later than 422184 (first known bad).

A friendly reminder that M55 Stable is launch is coming soon! Your bug is labelled as Stable ReleaseBlock, pls make sure to land the fix and get it merged into the release branch latest by November 25th, 5:00 PM PST in order to make into the desktop Stable final build cut. Thank you!
