Switching tab results in Zhuyin input error after changing EN input status

Platform 9011 clapper 
Firmware Google_clapper 5216.199.7

REPRO STEPS 
1. Switch to Zhuyin keyboard
2. Open any input box, e.g. mytextarea.com
3. Change input status from Ch to En status
4. Switch to another tab input box
5. Zhuyin keyboard input status also change to En input status

Actual:
But in fact submitted character still display Chinese status
