Selections in opt-in menu cannot be saved for Pinyin, but saved for JP

REPRO STEPS 
1.Open opt-in menu in shelf 
2.Select Pinyin, select option "Character width is Full"
3.Switch to another ime then switch back to Pinyin
4.Check options of Pinyin again

ACTUAL RESULTS 
The option "Character width is Full" returns to be un-selected.

Note:
This issue does not repro for JP

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
For pinyin logic, when switch to other IME. Switch back to pinyin.
The status will be reset.
