Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.100 Safari/537.36 Example URL: All Steps to reproduce the problem: - log out and log in from the os - restart the os - logged out from the browser for long time What is the expected behavior? To keep the cookies, "allow data to be set" is checked for that What went wrong? Browsers such as Chromium/Google chrome and Vivaldi does not keep the cookies even if the browsers are set to keep them. The cookies are supposed to be kept even if you logged out or restart the computer but in my case those tasks means you begin to relog to some services and type password and log name (hard work) Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? No Vivaldi, Google chrome Chrome version: 54.0.2840.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 4.8.8-2-ARCH Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Some web services log you out after some time passes. Other websites use session cookies that are cleared when the browser is closed. Please help us investigate by doing the following two things: 1. After logging in to the website you want to stay logged in, go to Settings -> Show advanced settings -> Privacy -> Content settings -> All cookies and site data. Here check the cookies that are set by the website. Note that ones without an expiration date will be cleared when you close the browser. Then close the browser, start it again, and see if you still have the cookies. 2. Try logging in to the website with another browser, closing that other browser, starting it again, and see if you are still logged in. Thank you.
