GetUserMedia taking more than 10 second to respond.

Issue description

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. call navigator.getusermedia() with config {audio:true,video:false}
2.getting success response after 10 sec [permission already added]

What is the expected behavior?
Immediate success/failure response

What went wrong?
webview didn't called the success callback.

Did this work before? N/A 

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.0.1
Flash Version: 

Observed in
Webview version:- 54  and 55 beta

Device:- Samsung S5
 
Hi , Any update on this.
Components: -Internals>Media Blink>GetUserMedia
What is the hardware configuration under which this is happening?
Is it only WebView or general Android?

Webview Version: 54 OFFICIAL and 55 BETA

 Yes it is webView.
