Pre-condition: Enable ‘Toolkit-Views Native-style Browser Dialogs’

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome,navigate to 2-3 webpage
2. Open task manager from Wrench>>More Tools>>Task Manager
3. Observe 'End Process' button.

Actual: Weird 'End Process' button is observed on Task Manager.
Expected:'End Process' button should be proper.

This is regression issue, broken in 'M 55' and below is manual bisect info:
Good build:55.0.2873.0
Bad build:55.0.2875.0

Note: Issue is not seen on Windows,Linux and Mac Pro(10.11.6,10.12.1)
