Reproduced issue on lumpy on 55.0.2883.54/8872.54.0. Not seeing anything specific in the logs, and this works properly on samus. We should try to repro on lumpy/butterfly next.

This is not a regression. Changed to M57. Sheng-hao. Please take a look. Is http://www.qvc.com/TSV-Presale.product.E229953.html?sc=PRODFEED the only video on qvc.com that has the problem?

Same issue on Samus (Pixel 2). Have to disable hardware acceleration. Sometimes it works with it on, but won't work unless I reboot. Version 56.0.2920.0 dev (64-bit) Platform 8992.1.0 (Official Build) dev-channel samus

I tested it on lumpy 8872.70.0. Even when hardware decode disabled, the video on qvc can't be played.

Correction, the QVC video plays on my Chromebook (Samus) fine. My issue is ARC sometimes breaks audio device discovery, crippling ALL video playback. That specific issue has been logged elsewhere

QVC video is 404, but instagram ones all play fine locally, so dropping ownership. If you find another sample that doesn't play with h/w decode disabled let me know. |
