What account are you using to sign-in (is it a gmail account or a corporate account?) If it is a corp account, then you may be hitting Issue 677154 which was fixed earlier this week.

Kiran: What do you mean that you can reproduce this on Windows, Mac and Ubuntu? Do you mean that you cannot sign in to Chrome at all? What version of Chrome / Chromium are you using? May I ask you to take a screenshot of chrome://signin-internals?

This looks like a developer build of Chromium (not Chrome). I expect that these builds do not have the API keys set (as explained here https://www.chromium.org/developers/how-tos/api-keys ).

You need to set the API keys - see as explained here https://www.chromium.org/developers/how-tos/api-keys . |
