"Cast" item in app menu is missing accelerator indication |

Issue descriptionHit alt-F to open the Chrome menu. Note that most items have an underscore beneath the character that will trigger them. Note that "Cast" has no underscore. Hit "c". Note that "Cast" is triggered, implying its "C" should have been underlined. This will be simple to fix: just a matter of finding the right string and inserting the right marker into it.
