It is easier to enable ChromeVox with the new touchscreen gesture.  Unfortunately, once it is enabled it is hard to turn off with the touchscreen.  If user is in tablet mode (has only touchscreen) and unfamiliar with touch exploration (e.g. they accidentally enabled the new gesture while their sound was off), it is next to impossible to disable it.

Perhaps if a user clicks directly on the (x), ChromeVox can turn off with only one tap.
