Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I've reset my phone soft and hard
2. I've made a whole new Google account twice and it will work a min then goes right back 
3. I think my gf is doing it sum how from her phone it's like ur phones r linked but she controls everything but she deneids it's all the way.. I've went through 3 different phones trying to get this stuff that's happening to stop please help me please

What is the expected behavior?
My data will delete all by its self my location and Bluetooth and wifi will connect it's self .. I just want my phone back to normal 

What went wrong?
As u can tell this is a huge problem for me idk what to do iam lost and I've been dealing with this for a mnths now
