Issue descriptionWe should see if we can make `analyze` (or GN) work correctly with changes to install-build-deps on linux; it's not clear to me if the normal mechanisms will work correctly (i.e., if we notice that system libraries have changed and rebuild properly). If they don't, then we might have to treat things more like we do on mac and windows and embed a version in the command line so that when the libs change everything becomes out of date.
