Overflowed content displayed outside of input field in svg's foreignObject element

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 54.0.2840.98 (64-bit) URLs (if applicable) : https://jsfiddle.net/jinjingforever/fyb99dtp/ OS version : 10.11.6 Behavior in Safari 3.x/4.x : the overflowed text is displayed correctly inside the input field. Behavior in Firefox 3.x (if applicable): the overflowed text is displayed correctly inside the input field. Behavior in Chrome for Windows: N/A What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Visit the jsfiddle link above. (2) Enter text into the input field and make the text overflow What is the expected result? The overflowed text should still be displayed inside the input field. What happens instead? As soon as the text overflows, it is displayed outside of the input field and positioned at (0, 0) of input field's parent element
