Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open playstore app
2. try to move from local screen to any external via usb or hdmi
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
app moves from one screen to another

What went wrong?
when trying to move the application it will just jump back to original location once the mouse cursor gets to the edge of screen.  
This happens via usb or hdmi external monitor connection

Also not able to open playstore apps on any external monitors directly.... only works on the primary screen (built in screen) unless lid is closed.  When opens on external with lid closed still not able to move from one external monitor to another.
