||||
Issue descriptionRegression can be seen here: https://chromeperf.appspot.com/report?sid=d10f2cee36e2074a767597bed3eb41fe136ecee57a1acae662a3882a0911b15f&start_rev=1478895800&end_rev=1479722778 And is most apparent on the browser process. Regression appeared in the range: http://test-results.appspot.com/revision_range?start=431917&end=433171 Sadly this may not be bisectable since Chrome was crashing during that range due to issue 666197.

Not sure if this helps, but there were two interesting Android-specific CLs, an Angle roll and an ffmpeg roll. https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/5132963daf4b866cc573b06ff8e84f9b6ec4534c https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/4d6fb24de5f4de7bf92ca572b7be8c3a05376043 Since it doesn't repro upstream, that means it's a downstream regression, or only visible on downstream tests?
