"Delete all" in Downloads UI

Project Member Reported by vitaliii@chromium.org, Nov 21 2016

Issue description

Imagine I have 50 downloads in my Downloads UI and currently the only way to delete all of them is to select each one and then press "Delete". I want a button either to delete all or to select all.

I came here because of a similar problem:
I have the "delete all" option (it's hidden in the top right button with three points), but it only has a temporary effect: after restarting Chrome the downloads (or at least some of them) are there again!
The "clear browser data" button from the "history" has also this functionnality and works correctly.
Just for clarify: Canary 57.0.2931.0 - no three dots menu in Chrome Downloads UI, no way to select or delete all.
In 54.0.2840.99 m it's still there. It's named "clear all" to be exact and only appears when the download list in not empty.
Workaround: History (Ctrl+H) -> Clear browsing data -> select "Download History"
antlafranchis@, since you mentioned Ctrl+H, you must be talking about Desktop, while the bug is about Android.
Yes of course it's desktop. Sorry, I didn't see it was an Android specific bug
