Labels: Needs-Feedback
Always include the contents of about:gpu (plaintext is preferred, just copy/paste) with any graphics-related bug report.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Since there hasn't been any feedback from the reporter in 4 weeks, closing as WontFix. We will reopen if we get about:gpu from the reporter, but there's nothing we can do without it.

Hardware acceleration was unavailable. I enable it and now it works.
Excellent. For future reference, how did you enable it? With the "Use hardware acceleration when available" option?
