What is the expected result? To run the application What happens instead of that? It doesn't run the 3D graphics on Chrome on my PC, although it is upgraded Chrome and my GPU. Also the trobleshooting is useless. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. Always include the contents of about:gpu (plaintext is preferred, just copy/paste) with any graphics-related bug report.

Since there hasn't been any feedback from the reporter in 4 weeks, closing as WontFix. We will reopen if we get about:gpu from the reporter, but there's nothing we can do without it.

Hardware acceleration was unavailable. I enable it and now it works.
