Issue description
Chrome Version : 57.0.2926.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)
URLs (if applicable) : n.a.
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari: FAIL
Firefox: OK
IE: not tested
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open index.html in the browser
(2) Open the console window and its network tab
(4) Click the button several times to show/hide the image container.
What is the expected result?
- The SVG image is only loaded/retrieved once, at page load.
What happens instead?
- The SVG image is reloaded every time the image becomes visible.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
- I embed SVG files using <object> in order to enable features such as linked resources.
- There seems to be no reason for this reloading, which delays the display of the image.
- Screenshot attached.
