What is the expected result? I am the owner of these sites and wanna know how and WHY the chrome describes these sites as unsafe?

I don't see a Safe Browsing warning for these sites but rather a SSL certificate error. The same error shows up in Firefox and other browsers because the certificate is not valid for these domain names. To the OP, please see https://developers.google.com/web/fundamentals/security/encrypt-in-transit/enable-https for instructions on how to set up HTTPS properly.
