Chrome virtual printer driver will not install on windows 10 multiple computers, different channels of chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Cloud print driver beta will not install on windows with either stable or beta chrome installed.

What is the expected result?
Cloud print to install.

What happens instead?

Installation fails
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

A friendly reminder that M55 Stable is launch is coming soon! Your bug is labelled as Stable ReleaseBlock, pls make sure to land the fix and get it merged into the release branch latest by November 25th, 5:00 PM PST in order to make into the desktop Stable final build cut. Thank you!

Able to reproduce this issue on windows 10 using chrome beta M55-55.0.2883.52 , canary M57-57.0.2926.0, M30-30.1549.0
and also in Window 8.1 with the chrome version M30-30.0.1551.0
Since this is seen from M30 considering this issue as non-regression issue and marking it as untriaged.
