Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1)Go to region and language setting in Windows 8 platform.
1.1) Click on Add a language
2) Add french as the primary language for your laptop.
3) Open the On-Screen Keyboard in your system(just confirm once that it is in french)
4)open your application developed using node-webkit.
5) Click on the Altgr button so that some of the button’s will enabled ( #,},{,[,],~ )
6)Click on the search field of your application
7) Move the cursor to search field and click on the '#' it is not appearing in the search field.
What is the expected behavior?
Pressing the '#' key from On-Screen Keyboard (french language)should display the '#' in the search field of the application developed using node-webkit.
What went wrong?
Pressing the '#' key from On-Screen Keyboard(french language), it is not displaying the '#' in the search field of our application

The problem is with the google chrome V8 engine that's why we raised the issue directly to chromium. Can you look at it once ?
