Chrome Version       : 55.0.2883.52 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
Other browsers tested: Waterfox, MS Edge, and Vivaldi.
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Vivaldi: OK
    Waterfox: OK
       Edge: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Be enrolled in the Windows Insider Program
(2) use Google Chrome

This bug seems to happen at random, and never shows up in Chrome://crashes


This seems to happen on the Windows Insider Previews, Chrome will refuse to open anything, and when you close and reopen the browser all tabs will crash. You generally have to reboot to restore functionality, or going into task manager and force closing all Chrome processes will work as well. As mentioned before this does not show up in Chrome://crashes. Current Windows Insider build is information along with hardware information is shown below.
