Memory leak? Browser process uses 1G and GPU process uses 500M.

Google Chrome	55.0.2883.42 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
Platform	8872.44.0 (Official Build) beta-channel stumpy
JavaScript	V8 5.5.372.17

My tabs were getting killed like crazy, and then I noticed that browser process and GPU processes are using 1.5G together. m55 may have a huge memory leak.

We may want to make this stable blocker if this is happening on other boards/device as well.
