Chrome Remote Desktop extension should reference HTTPS link

Project Member Reported by elawrence@chromium.org, Nov 18 2016

Issue description

Version: 56.0.2924.0
OS: Windows 10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Accept prompt to install Chrome Remote Desktop MSI
(2) Observe download URL

What is the expected result? HTTPS download

What happens instead? Non-secure download of: http://dl.google.com/dl/edgedl/chrome-remote-desktop/chromeremotedesktophost.msi

It appears that the extension
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/chrome-remote-desktop/gbchcmhmhahfdphkhkmpfmihenigjmpp/support - Chrome Remote Desktop by Release Managers hasn't been built from the latest sources. I had tried to fix this bug in Issue 598338 via https://codereview.chromium.org/2347923002 but it appears that the code change in the public repository doesn't actually get picked up by the extension on the Chrome Web Store.

It will be picked up next time we do a release, but due to version dependencies between the client and host we haven't been able to do that yet. I don't think it needs to be tracked independently; we don't do that for any of our other web-app bug tickets.
