Canary not launching

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Canary not even launching. Latest version installed. 

What is the expected behavior?
Launch correctly

What went wrong?
Not launching

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: Canary  Channel: canary
OS Version: 6.2 (Windows 8)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0
