Btw, I'm not sure about the prioritization of the blocking bugs: asargent points out that this is gated by enable_wifi_display, which appears to default to false. It's not clear if it gets set to true on an official builder somewhere.

This issue has been Available for over a year. If it's no longer important or seems unlikely to be fixed, please consider closing it out. If it is important, please re-triage the issue.
