Make prerender histogram names in tests explicit

Remove all computation of histogram names, both in prerender/prerender*test.cc and page_load_metrics/page_load_metrics_browser_tests.

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)

This has been accomplished in other CLs as far as I could tell.
