Can't connect to any web-based authentication WIFI

Issue description# Machine and Platform HP Chromebook 11 Version 54.0.2840.93 Platform 8743.83.0 (Offical Build) stable-channel daisy_spring Firemware Google_Spring.3824.129.0 # Network info SSID zzuwlan is a web-based authentication WiFi, hosted by my university. Device connected to it can't get network access without authenticationcan in a web page by offering username and password. # Description when trying to connect to 'zzuwlan', the wireless icon in the task bar changes between 'connceted' and 'disconnect' in every 5 seconds. In the meanwhile, the browser tells me no network connection. ( it should pop up a window to let me authenticate ) # Logs I cleared /var/log/message and /var/log/net.log, restarted the machine, then got the logs in the attach files. Hope that helps The contents of file /etc/resolve.conf are: nameserver 10.10.10.10 nameserver 202.196.64.1 search wlan.zzu.edu.cn options single-request timeout:1 attempts:5 ;; I'm not a native English speaker, sorry for my poor English if it is hard to understand.
