Grey highlight for View site info button in omnibox is seen dark.

OS: Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, go to chrome://version, click on ‘View site info’ button in omnibox and observe.

Grey highlight for View site info button is seen dark.

Grey highlight for View site info button should not be dark.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-56 series (Chrome version: 56.0.2920.0)

Note: Issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS.

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
Able to reproduce the issue on Mac OS X 10.11.6. Changing the status to Untriaged  so that the issue would get addressed.
