Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. (sometimes) switch between source and console tab
2. the source line indicator gets misplaced

What went wrong?
thats only on canary no idea how to reconstruct it, it just happened when switching tabs.

The debug mode wasn't active.
I switched back and forth between the tabs and the glitch occurred every time.
I changed the sourcefile(another tab in source tab) and switched between console and source panel the glitch didn't occurred.
I switched back to the first - unsaved file with a JS error inside (red X in the source line indicator) and the glitch appeared again and I was able to reproduce it multiple times switching between panels(console/source).

I clicked on the misplaced indicator, selected some code then the glitch vanished and didn't appear gain when switching between source/console.

then i clicked on the Red cross that indicates a source code error and switched forth and back and the glitch appeared again !

I think it's a general rendering/refresh problem when switching tabs in canary, there are for sure 3-4 glitches bound to it, some of them i didn't report because i didn't take screenshot

From time to time I get only a blank white area instad of the source file or the file appears empty with only one line of code and then the code pops up after switching tabs.

ps. i am using workspace binding and starting chrome with 
open  -a  /Applications/Google\ Chrome\ Canary.app -F -n --args --allow-running-insecure-content --disable-web-security --user-data-dir
