Version: I do not know.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Code Review tool with a new UI.
(2) Try to find a version somewhere if you want to submit a bug.

What is the expected result?
A version in the footer or somewhere.

What happens instead?
No version.

I assumed that the UI I saw is Polygerrit. 
If it is not and this is not an issue in Polygerrit, feel free to ignore this bug.
