(1) Press "PUBLISH" on some CL (in my case it was https://codereview.chromium.org/2508133004)
(2) Write in reviewers ", bern"
(3) Click on the first suggestion (bauerb@chromium.org)

What is the expected result?
bauerb@chromium.org in the reviewers list

What happens instead?
bernrb@chromium.org in the reviewers list
