The on-screen keyboard disappears although it's in sticky mode |

Issue descriptionVersion: 56.0.2905.0 dev What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Enable the on-screen keyboard from settings (2) Make the keyboard visible by the keyboard button in the tray (3-1) Move focus by tapping another window or (3-2) Focus the "Search settings" field, then unfocus it. What is the expected result? The keyboard is still visible because it's in sticky mode. What happens instead? The keyboard disappears. This behavior happens only the first time after enabling the on-screen keyboard.
