Cardboard button compatibility in WebVR |

Issue descriptionMany current WebVR apps are designed to work with Cardboard and use screen tap as triggers. This should work within WebVR for Cardboard headsets, and for Daydream a controller "touchpad click" should be available as a backwards compatible fallback.
