Cardboard button compatibility in WebVR

Project Member Reported by klausw@chromium.org, Nov 17 2016

Issue description

Many current WebVR apps are designed to work with Cardboard and use screen tap as triggers. This should work within WebVR for Cardboard headsets, and for Daydream a controller "touchpad click" should be available as a backwards compatible fallback.
