1) Enable Data Saver from Settings.
2) Hit the question mark icon in the top right of the screen.
3) Scroll down to the "Report problems" section.
4) Tap on "Android device".
Instructions show up on how to file a bug report ("1. Open the Chrome app; 2. Tap More... Help & Feedback; 3. Tap Feedback".
Instead, I think this should directly take the user to the Feedback reporting screen. I don't understand why Chrome's in-app help does not allow for this and instead causes users to go through the extra manual step.
