Update beaglebone_servo in the lab to the latest image

The veyron_tiger deployment in the lab is being held up by
a servo bug.  It's possible that the bug will be fixed in
the latest version of servod, which means we need an update
to servo in the lab.

Stable version for board beaglebone_servo is changed from R55-8866.0.0 to R56-8999.0.0.
