Data Saver help article content shows up twice

Application Version (from "Chrome Settings > About Chrome"): 56.0.2913.3
Android Build Number (from "Android Settings > About Phone/Tablet"): N2F41B
Device: Pixel

Steps to reproduce: 

1) Enable Data Saver.
2) Tap the question mark button in the top right of the Data Saver settings screen.

Observed behavior: 

The content of the "Use less data with Chrome's Data Saver" screen shows up twice - "How Data Saver works" is duplicated on the page.

Ben, is this a page we build or is it done by a different team? Strangely, it looks as if the duplicated sections are slightly different versions of the same content (the lower one has a note).

Bizarre! I'm not sure why that content would be duplicating.
