Issue descriptionUnclear what's the root cause here. See https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.gpu.fyi/builders/Win7%20Release%20%28New%20Intel%29/builds/1806 Crashes have been happening for a while but the failure suppression was removed. We should add back a skip suppression for these tests with a note not to lift the suppression even if the logs show "expected to fail but passed" messages. See issue angleproject:1630 for more information.

Mo this still seems to happen on Intel Windows. This is a pretty nasty crash with this feature, and the Intel guys have been able to repro it. See the angle bug linked for more details - hoping they can help find a workaround.

Hey guys, I already assigned the work in the ANGLE issue, let's keep discussion there. This bug we can use to remove the test suppressions once the work is done in ANGLE.
