sched messages make /var/log/messages too big

On kevin, kernel is producing sched messages at high rate

[ 1306.592320] cpu cpu4: Cooling state set to 2. New max freq = 1608000
[ 1306.596141] CPU4: update max cpu_capacity 816

leading to huge messages file (~256MB).
It prevents disqual to complete. 

The rate limiter is currently at 30Hz, can we reduce the frequency?

Gotta think this got fixed by now & surveying some hosts in the lab I certainly can't find above messages.  Closing.  Please re-open if its still a problem.
