Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.52 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. write a very simple flash player, please see attachment
2. write a simple html that uses the .swf file.In one html, write 4 flash element that can really play a rtmp stream.
3. one or more of the flash element will flashes. when it flashes , I can see the element behind the flash element.

What is the expected behavior?
I hope it don't flash

What went wrong?
This bug is only in chrome 54 for mac notebook. In mac mini, the problem occur less frequentlly.

If I write more than 2 flashes in one page, one of the flash element flashes. This is not occor for 100% times. but offen occur.Even if only 2 flash elemnt , it flashes too.

The flash .as file I use is to display my own camera's content or rtmp server's live stream.

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.98 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.11.6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0.0.207

chatroom_player.html in the .rar file can play a rtmp media stream. You should change a rtmp address. And to run the demo , you should have a web site.

If it the bug is not reproduces, you can open more tab in browser and in every tab run the demo.

We believe this flicker issue is a dup of https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=657912 and it has been fixed since Chrome 55.0.2883.26. lichunpeng831021@ do you mind confirming this from your side? Thank you.
