[Predator] Add local logger for delta test to control different log level

We have tons of loggings inside findit, those logs will get messed up with those of delta test.
We can implement a simple local logger to have different log levels.

stgao@， that's one way, but I need to find a way to better separate logging of delta test and logging inside predator code. Will take a closer look into it when I come back to implement this.
