Regression: In chrome://md-settings, ‘Learn more’ link is seen faint in color under Advanced sync settings option.

OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1), Linux (14.04 LTS)

Precondition: Sign in to chrome.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, go to chrome://md-settings and click on ‘Sync’ button.
2) Uncheck ‘Sync everything’ option, then uncheck ’Autofill’ option.
3) Now uncheck ‘Open Tabs’ option, press Tab key (focus is on ‘Learn more’ link) and the press Enter.
4) Observe the ‘Learn more’ link color.

‘Learn more’ link is seen faint in color even though we are able to navigate using Tab key.

‘Learn more’ link should not be faint in color if we are able to navigate using Tab key.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-55, will soon update other info

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 55.0.2873.0 (Revision: 421052).
Bad build: 55.0.2875.0 (Revision: 421703).

You are probably looking for a change made after 421680 (known good), but no later than 421681 (first known bad).

Just to  update the latest behavior, Issue is still able to reproduce it on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest Beta #55.0.2883.59.

dmazzoni@ can we get any latest update on this issue?

Just to update the latest behavior of the bug, Issue is still observed on chrome latest Canary M57-57.0.2936.0
