V8 debugger crashes when stepping in generator functions

This has already been fixed for M56, but is awaiting merge approval for M54 and M55.

Before we approve merge to M55, could you please confirm this change is well baked/verified in Canary and safe to merge?

Also, please apply appropriate OS label. Thank you.

The fix has been shipping since 56.0.2917, and seems pretty safe.
