Regression:Text of url appears to be chopped in chrome://md-settings [Win only?]

Chrome version:56.0.2922.0 (Official Build) 4793d9335b9ce611e2deb40863793fa785773200-refs/heads/master@{#432511}(32/64-bit)
OS:Windows(7,8,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Freshly launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/
(2)Click on 'Manage Search Engine' options.
(3)Observe the text of url of Google search engine.

Actual:Text of url appears to be chopped 

Expected:Text should not appear chopped.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-56,will soon update other info.

Good build:56.0.2920.0

This seems like an iron-list bug. The text appears chopped on first load, sometimes, and it gets fixed when the user focuses the item, see screencast.

I was able to repro on Linux at comment #3 above, but that was quite a while ago.

dpapad@ and I just looked at it together, in person. It doesn't *currently* appear on linux (though it has repro'd on linux in the past). We don't want to wontFix it until a repro is attempted on Windows (which tommycli@ has volunteered to do).

I could not repro this on Windows ToT. Closing for now, please complain if it comes back.

I'd guess it's more Blink related than Settings related anyways...

Tommy: note, there are different font faces on Windows XP, Vista/7, 8-10?  there's also different font faces for Mac over the years and font-face on Linux is themed.
