Steps:
1. Launch Chrome and observe space around wrench menu.

Actual: Spacing issue is seen around Wrench menu i.e more space is seen between omnibox and wrench menu

Expected: Proper space should be seen between omnibox surface area and wrench menu.

This is regression issue, broken in M 56 and will soon update other info :

Good build:56.0.2920.0 
Bad build: 56.0.2922.0
