What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Going to some locked sites examples in #2
(2)bankofamerica.com, tdameritrade.com, finance.yahoo.com

What is the expected result?
See attached screen shot

What happens instead?
Functional until a few weeks ago. Using Firefox (works) until fix is found
citibank.com, wellsfargo.com, other financial institutions working.
