Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Set UI language in Japanese 2. Type "google.com" and SPACE at omnibox. 3. You see "Google 検索を検索" What is the expected behavior? You see "Google 検索で検索" What went wrong? "Google 検索を検索" does not mean to search using Google search engine, but to search 'Google search', which doesn't sound proper. This is the case with other optional search engines. The original English strings itself has exactly the same issue as this, but it is another issue here. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Able to reproduce this issue on windows 10 using chrome stable M54-54.0.2840.71, Canary M56-56.0.2922.0, Beta M55-55.0.2883.52 and earlier version of chrome M48-48.0.2564.0. This is a non-regression issue and marking it as untriaged. Hence removing needs-bisect label. Please look into the attached screen-cast. Note: This feature "safe search" is implemented from M48 Thank You...

Thanks for reporter. I'm not sure where to assign complaints about translation, so tagging this bug appropriately and hoping the right people see it.
