Add test for MimeHandlerViewGuest browser side cleanup when guest is inside an iframe.

We need a test for proper clean up of MimeHandlerViewGuests when the embedder frame is crashed or detached.

This is blocked until we can fix the flakiness of "ChromeSitePerProcessPDFTest.EmbeddedPDFInsideCrossOriginFrame". The test logic is probably going to be very similar.

Extending "ChromeSitePerProcessPDFTest.EmbeddedPDFInsideCrossOriginFrame" to verify guest destruction as well.

This CL will also add the logic to remove the embedder frame and verify
that the guest is destroyed.
