MD Downloads: UI hang, using 100% CPU for a few seconds.

OS: Linux

UI hangs for a few seconds when visiting chrome://downloads. Chrome's task manager indicates 100% CPU usage while UI is hung. Attached screencast.

Ah yes, just noticed I had one such URL. Deleting that download fixed the issue.

No, did not happen on latest Chrome.

I guess this issue has already been fixed but not merged to stable.
