Incorrect entry in spelling dictionary: "partison"

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Type in a text box: partisxn partison partisan
2. Note that partisxn is marked as misspelled, but partison is not

What is the expected behavior?
partison should be underlined in red as misspelled

What went wrong?
Spelling dictionary includes "partison"

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71  Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.12.1
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Chrome on OSX uses the system spellchecker. Nothing we can do about this in Chrome. Note that other OSX apps (e.g., TextEdit) use the same spellchecking system, so you should observe the same behavior in there.

Thanks. Verified in TextEdit.
I've now sent mail to Apple... who knows if they'll look at it (let alone fix it).

There's a work-around of right-click on the misspelled word and selecting "Add to dictionary."
